Non-Refundable Payment Policy
By using the services provided by IVF Near By, you agree to the following terms regarding payments:
- Non-Refundable Payments
All fees paid for lead generation services, consultations, and any other associated services are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, payments made for initial service setup, monthly retainer fees, and campaign management costs. - Service Cancellation
In the event of service cancellation by the client, any prepaid amount will not be refunded, regardless of the point of cancellation. Clients are encouraged to review the scope and terms of the services before making any payments. - Modification of Services
IVF Near By reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time. Any changes will not affect the non-refundable nature of previously made payments.
